Why These Circles Exist

We are living through a crisis of relationship.

  • Disconnection from the Earth
  • Disconnection from one another
  • Disconnection from ancestral wisdom

The deeper problem is not a lack of information or innovation. It is a loss of lived relationship — to land, to elders, to ceremony, and to values that teach reciprocity, balance, and care.

Indigenous wisdom traditions hold living frameworks for restoring harmony, yet many elders carry this work without the support or structures needed to transmit it across generations. Without intentional stewardship, irreplaceable wisdom risks being lost.

The Eagle Hoop Membership Circles exist to protect, carry forward, and activate Indigenous wisdom so it can live on in people, communities, and the future we are shaping together.


Who These Circles Are For

These circles are for people who carry dreams & responsibility for what comes next, including:

Leaders & Stewards

People shaping organizations, communities, or movements who sense that something essential is missing beneath strategy, scale, and speed.

Bridge-Builders

Individuals who value Indigenous wisdom and seek to integrate it thoughtfully into modern leadership, systems, or community life.

Dream-Carriers & Future-Keepers

Those holding a hope or vision for the future — for their children, their work, or the living world — and who want that dream held in relationship.

Elders, Mentors & Those Becoming Elders

People feeling called to live and lead from coherence, integrity, and intergenerational care.
